Cleaner Bros Detailing – Service Agreement (Terms of Service)

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as “Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) and Cleaner Bros Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “Cleaner Bros,” “contractor,” “technician,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the full terms of this agreement.
1. Access to Water & Electricity
- We require access to water and electricity for most of our detailing services.
- If you do not have access, please notify us in advance at (385) 375-7652 so we can find a solution.
- Failure to provide access at the time of your appointment may result in a $40 cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We detail rain or shine and are prepared for most weather conditions.
- 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a $40 cancellation fee.
- If the vehicle and keys are not present at the scheduled time and location, it will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the $40 fee.
- Gift Certificate appointments follow the same policy; late cancellations will reduce the appointment value by $40.
- Cleaner Bros reserves the right to reschedule in cases of severe weather, equipment failure, or staffing issues.
3. Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
By booking, you authorize Cleaner Bros technicians to operate and move your vehicle as necessary to perform the service, including repositioning for access.
4. Quality of Service & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We strive for the highest quality results. However:
- No service is guaranteed to fully restore a vehicle to “like new” condition. Results depend on the age, material, and condition of the vehicle.
- A final inspection will be conducted with you at the end of the appointment.
- If you are dissatisfied after completion, notify us within 48 hours. We may schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected area within 7 days.
- All outstanding balances must be paid before a re-clean can be scheduled.
5. Extreme Vehicle Conditions
- Vehicles that are excessively dirty or contain biohazards may require:
- An Extra Dirty Fee of $50 per hour if the job takes significantly longer than anticipated.
- A Biohazard Fee for vehicles with mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials.
- Limiting service or recommending a follow-up detail if the vehicle cannot safely meet our standards
6. Services Not Covered
Our detailing does not include:
- Removal of seats from the vehicle
- Cleaning of bodily fluids (biohazard fee applies if required)
- Seat tracks (without seat removal)
- Glove box contents (unless requested and emptied)
- Spare tire areas
- Undercarriage or wheel wells
7. Outside Service Area / Travel Fees
- We primarily service Utah County.
- Appointments outside of our business areas may require a $30-$60 travel fee or a minimum of two vehicles per visit.
8. Personal Belongings
- Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment.
- Cleaner Bros is not responsible for lost items left inside the vehicle.
- Any items collected during detailing will be placed in a plastic bag and left in the vehicle.
9. Fees, Terms of Service & Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If no payment is made immediately, you authorize Cleaner Bros to charge your card on file.
- Invoices not paid within 14 days are subject to a $25 late fee plus the outstanding balance.
- We accept cash, venmo, zelle, debit, credit, and digital wallet payments. Small processing fees may apply for electronic payments.
10. Membership & Subscription Services
Cleaner Bros offers a recurring service membership that provides discounted pricing for regular maintenance detailing of your vehicle. This membership is optional and is designed to help keep your vehicle consistently clean while saving money.
Membership Options & Scheduling:
- Memberships are available for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or other pre-determined intervals.
- You may schedule recurring appointments at a time convenient for you, and Cleaner Bros can pre-schedule your appointments to ensure consistency.
- Memberships can cover one or multiple vehicles. Additional vehicles may qualify for a discount.
Billing & Discounts:
- Membership payments are billed in advance to reserve your scheduled appointments.
- The discount provided applies primarily to the initial full-detail service, with subsequent services considered maintenance-level.
- Example: A standard full detail costs $260. Membership price for the first service may be $117, creating a $143 discount. Maintenance services following the first are not subject to this retroactive discount.
Cancellation & Early Termination:
- Memberships may be discontinued at any time.
- If the membership is discontinued before completing six (6) services, the discount received for the initial full-detail service will be billed retroactively.
- This ensures fair use of discounted services while protecting Cleaner Bros from misuse of membership pricing.
Flexibility:
- Members may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Memberships may be discontinued at any time; however, if discontinued before completing six (6) services, the discount received for the initial full-detail service will be billed retroactively.
- Membership terms remain subject to all standard access, cancellation, and service policies.

- Membership enrollment, changes, or cancellations may be made via our online booking system or by contacting us directly at (385) 375-7652 or help@cleanerbros.com.
11. Feedback & Photos
- We value feedback. Please email help@cleanerbros.com with comments or concerns.
- Cleaner Bros reserves the right to take and use photos of your vehicle (without personal identifying details) for marketing and training purposes.
- Customers may opt out by providing written notice to help@cleanerbros.com immediately after service.
12. Termination of Service
Cleaner Bros reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- Attempts to bypass Cleaner Bros and hire staff directly
- Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
13. Liability & Damages
- Cleaner Bros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
- If damage occurs during service, we will notify you immediately.
- Our liability is limited to the total dollar amount of the job.
- Cleaner Bros is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use, business interruption, or property damage).
14. Governing Law & Venue
All disputes shall be governed by Utah state law and resolved exclusively in Utah County courts.
15. Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with Cleaner Bros individually and waive the right to participate in any class action against us.
16. Changes to Agreement
Cleaner Bros reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on www.cleanerbros.com.

Cleaner Bros Detailing – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

- Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.
- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a $40 fee.
- If our team cannot begin service within 20 minutes due to issues outside of our control (locked vehicle, no-show, lack of access to water/electricity), a $40 fee will apply.
- Gift Certificate appointments follow the same rules.

- Zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior toward our technicians.
- Violations may result in immediate cancellation and a $40 fee.

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Any discovered data will be promptly deleted
7. Your Privacy Rights
- Access or request a copy of your personal data

- Opt out of promotional communications
