Booking and scheduling
How do I book a detail?
Book online at book.cleanerbros.com in about a minute. Pick your vehicle, your service and a time. You can also call or text us at (385) 375-7652.
What days and times do you detail?
We detail Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 7pm. We answer calls and texts every day from 8am to 7pm.
How soon can you come?
Most weeks we have openings within 2 to 3 days. Please book at least 12 hours ahead.
Can I reschedule?
Call us at (385) 375-7652 and we’ll move your appointment by hand if we can. You’ll need a card on file. If you cancel after rescheduling, the cancellation fee applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there is a $40 cancellation fee. It covers the time slot we held for you.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If there’s heavy rain, snow or strong wind, we’ll reschedule your appointment to the next good day.
Payment
When do I pay?
We hold your card when you book and charge it only after the job is done. There’s no deposit.
What payment do you take?
Credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash. There’s no extra fee for cards.
Is there a discount for paying with cash?
Yes. You get a 3% discount when you pay with Venmo, Zelle or cash.
Are prices plus tax?
Yes. All prices are plus sales tax, with no surprise fees at the door. See our services and prices.
On the day
Where do you detail?
At your home, office or apartment, anywhere in Utah County from Lehi to Payson. See our service areas.
Do you need water or power from me?
Usually yes. We bring 100 ft hoses and extension cords and connect to your outdoor spigot and a standard outlet. If you don’t have either, mention it when you book.
How much space do you need?
Enough room around the vehicle to open all the doors, so we can clean every part of it.
How should I get my car ready?
Please take out your personal items before we arrive, including kids’ car seats.
Do I need to be home?
No. You don’t need to stay with the car. We just need access to it, and to water and power if we’re using yours.
How long does a detail take?
About 2 to 3 hours for an interior, 1 to 2 hours for an exterior, and 2 to 5 hours for a full detail, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
After the detail
What if I’m not happy with something?
Let us know within 24 hours of your detail. If any area isn’t right, we’ll come back and fix it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cleaner Bros Detailing LLC is licensed in Utah and insured.
